摘要
目的探讨改善甲状腺冷冻切片裂隙与冰晶的方法。方法通过实验,分别比较不同取材厚度、标本中含有液体不同处理方法、不同切片方法等条件对甲状腺冷冻切片裂隙与冰晶指标的影响。结果甲状腺冷冻切片取材厚度以0.2~0.3 cm为佳;甲状腺含有液体时以滤纸吸干为佳;甲状腺组织制成冻块后,用夹头设置为-16℃的冷冻切片机修至所需切面后,用戴手套的手的大拇指温暖切面1~2 s,然后连续切片2张放弃,切取第3张切片为较佳切片方法。结论优化甲状腺组织取材厚度、标本中液体处理方法、切片方法等条件,可显著减少甲状腺冷冻切片的裂隙与冰晶现象,提高冷冻切片质量。
Objective To investigate the method of improving the fracture and ice crystal of the thyroid frozen section. Methods Through the experiment, different thickness, different treatment methods of liquid contained in the thyroid frozen section and different slice methods were compared to explore the influence of the fracture and ice crystal of the thyroid frozen section. Results The thickness of the thyroid frozen section was 0.2 ~ 0.3 cm; When the thyroid tissue contains liquid, it was better to blot it up with flter paper; The thyroid tissue was made into frozen blocks, with the chuck of the freezing microtome being set to -16℃ to the required section and then warmed the tissue section with the thumb of a gloved hand 1 ~ 2 s, and then 2 serial sections were given up for third slices for better slice method. Conclusion Optimizing the thickness of the thyroid frozen section, the treatment method of liquid and the slice method can signifcantly reduce the fracture and ice crystal of the thyroid frozen section, and improve the quality of frozen section.
