儿外科腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎的手术配合

Operation Coordination of Laparoscopic High Ligation of Hernial Sac in Pediatric Surgery

目的探析儿外科腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎的手术配合及效果。方法选取2015年1月—2017年3月我院接收的68例小儿腹股沟疝患儿为研究对象,对腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎手术的配合措施及效果进行回顾性分析。结果 68例患儿均顺利完成手术,平均手术时间为(11.4±2.3)min,平均出血量为(1.5±0.3)ml,术后患者均未发生水肿或血肿情况。术中各个环节衔接紧密,未发生护理不良事件,患儿家属的满意度为98.53%(67/68)。结论对小儿腹股沟疝患儿采用腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎治疗时,应做好手术配合措施,是保证手术成功的关键。

Objective To explore the operation cooperation and effect of high ligation of laparoscopic hernia sac in pediatric surgery. Methods A total of 68 children with inguinal hernia were selected from January 2015 to March 2017, and the combined measures and effects of laparoscopic hernia sac ligation were retrospectively analyzed. Results The average operation time was （11.4 ± 2.3） min, the average blood loss was （1.5 ± 0.3） ml, and no edema or hematoma occurred in the patients after operation. Intraoperative links in all aspects of close, no adverse care events, children with family satisfaction was 98.53% （67/68）. Conclusion It is necessary to do a good job in the treatment of laparoscopic hernia sac in children with inguinal hernia. This is the key to ensure the success of operation.
