Management and Nursing of Respiratory Tract in Elderly Patients Undergoing Thoracotomy

目的探讨老年开胸手术患者的呼吸道管理及护理的效果。方法收集我院2014年5月—2017年5月收治的90例胸心外科手术患者,按照患者入院顺序将前45例作为对照组,后45例为观察组,观察组采用优质护理模式、对照组采用常规护理模式,对比两种护理方法的效果。结果观察组的肺部感染发生率为2.2%,低于对照组的13.3%(P<0.05);观察组患者整体满意率为97.8%,高于对照组的82.2%(P<0.05)。结论对老年开胸手术患者实施呼吸道优质护理管理措施,能够降低患者的肺部感染发生率并提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of management and nursing of respiratory tract in elderly patients undergoing thoracotomy. Methods 90 cases of cardiothoracic surgery patients from May 2014 to May 2017 in our hospital were selected. According to the order of admission, the frst 45 cases served as the control group, and the latter 45 cases as the observation group. The observation group was treated with high quality nursing mode and the control group was treated with routine nursing mode, and the effect of two nursing methods was compared. Results The incidence of pulmonary infection in the observation group was 2.2%, which was lower than that of the control group （13.3%） （P 〈 0.05）. The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.8%, higher than that of the control group （82.2%） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion High quality management and nursing of respiratory tract in elderly patients undergoing thoracotomy can reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection and improve the patient＇s satisfaction with nursing.
