摘要
目的研究分析对于乳头缺陷产妇的母乳喂养护理干预方法。方法选取2016年3月—2017年5月在我院生产的乳头缺陷产妇102例为研究对象,收集患者的资料,结合笔者的临床经验以及对相关研究文献的研究,总结分析对于乳头缺陷产妇的母乳喂养护理干预有效措施。结果通过护理干预,纯母乳喂养成功率为72.55%,混合喂养为21.57%,单纯配方奶粉方式喂养为5.88%。结论对乳头缺陷产妇进行有效的护理干预,可以提高纯母乳喂养率。
Objective To study and analyze the nursing intervention methods of breast-feeding for nipple defects. Methods 102 cases of nipple defects in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects, the data of patients were collected, combined with the author＇s clinical experience and related research literature,the effective measures of breast feeding nursing intervention for nipple defect mothers were summarized and analyzed. Results Through nursing intervention, the success rate of exclusive breastfeeding was 72.55%, the mixed feeding was 21.57%, and the formula feeding was 5.88%. Conclusion Effective nursing intervention can improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding.
