手术室细节护理在腹腔镜手术中的临床疗效分析

目的分析细节护理干预在腹腔镜手术中的临床疗效。方法将2015年7月—2017年7月在我院行腹腔镜手术的90例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行细节护理干预。比较两组患者术后并发症发生率以及患者的护理满意度。结果观察组呕吐、腹胀、肺部感染和皮下气肿等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜手术中对患者进行细节护理干预可有效降低患者术后的并发症发生率,并有效提高患者对护理的满意度,促进患者术后的恢复。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of detailed nursing intervention in laparoscopic surgery. Methods Ninety patients with laparoscopic surgery from July 2015 to July 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Forty-five patients in each group group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given detailed nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications such as vomiting, bloating, pulmonary infection and subcutaneous emphysema in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the laparoscopic surgery, the patients with detailed nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of complications after surgery, and effectively improve the patient＇s satisfaction with the care. To promote the recovery of patients after surgery.
