Treatment of Complications After PICC Catheterization and Nursing Observation

目的观察PICC置管后并发症的处理及护理。方法收取我院92例PICC置管患者,收取时间在2015年10月1日—2016年2月11日,并将PICC置管患者分为两组,对照组(46例患者实施常规护理),观察组(46例患者实施全程护理),将两组PICC置管患者的护理效果进行对比。结果观察组PICC置管后并发症发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对PICC置管患者实施全程护理后,能显著降低血栓形成、机械性静脉炎、导管置入困难、穿刺点感染等并发症,促进患者康复。

Objective To observe the treatment and nursing of complications after PICC catheterization. Methods 92 patients with PICC were enrolled in our hospital from October 1, 2015 to February 11, 2016, and the patients with PICC catheterization were divided into two groups. The control group （46 Patients were treated with conventional care）, the observation group （46 patients with full care）. The nursing effects of two groups of patients with complications after PICC catheter were compared. Results The incidence of complications after PICC catheterization in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Through the PICC catheter complications after the implementation of the whole process of care, complications such as thrombosis, mechanical phlebitis, diffculty in catheterization, and infection of puncture point can be significantly reduced.
