循证护理在预防白内障术后并发症中的效果观察

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Prevention of Complications After Cataract Surgery

目的探析循证护理在预防白内障术后并发症中的效果。方法选择我院2012年1月—2017年7月收治的400例白内障手术患者,随机分为观察组(循证护理)和对照组(常规护理),各200例,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组并发症发生率(1.50%)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理可根据白内障手术患者的护理需求提供具有科学论证性和计划性的护理指导,可有效降低术后并发症发生。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of postoperative complications of cataract. Methods From January 2012 to July 2017, 400 patients with cataract surgery were randomly divided into observation group （evidence-based nursing） and control group （routine nursing）, 200 cases in each group. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group （1.50%） was signifcantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can provide scientific demonstration and planned nursing guidance according to the nursing needs of patients with cataract surgery, which can effectively reduce the postoperative complications.
