护理质量评价在中医护理管理中的应用

Application of Nursing Quality Evaluation in Nursing Management of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的分析护理质量评价在中医护理管理中的应用。方法选择两个科室70例临床护理人员作为研究对象,依照科室划分予以分组,观察组(n=35)采用护理质量评价管理;对照组(n=35)展开常规护理管理模式。比较两组半年后的护理服务质量和患者满意度。结果观察组各项护理服务评价质量评分均高于对照组;观察组护理满意度为91.4%,高于对照组的80.0%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理质量评价在中医护理管理的应用过程中,有效提升了中医护理的工作水平和患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the application of nursing quality evaluation in TCM nursing management. Methods 70 cases of clinical nursing staff as the research object, in accordance with the division of departments shall be grouped and the observation group （n=35） was given the nursing quality evaluation management, and the control group （n=35） was given routine nursing management mode. The quality of care and satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups after six months. Results The evaluation scores of nursing service quality in observation group were higher than those in control group. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 91.4%, which was higher than that of the control group of 80.0%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The evaluation of nursing quality in the application process of TCM nursing management effectively improves the work level and patients’satisfaction of TCM nursing.
