师范生教育实习后教师信念的变化——以广东省外语艺术职业学院为例

摘要 以英语专业师范生作为研究对象,通过问卷调查及访谈的形式进行调查分析,试图探究教师信念在教育实习前后的变化。研究结果表明,师范生的教师信念在实习后呈稳中有变的趋势。基于研究结果,建议增加教育实践类课程在课程体系中所占学分的比重;加强师范生的自我反思;配备高素质的教育实践指导老师;引导学生树立热爱教育、投身教育的信念。 Based on the subject of normal college students with English major,this paper tries to explore the changes of normal college students' beliefs before and after their education alinternship by means of questionnaire survey and interviews.The results show that a stable but slightly different trend in the normal college students' beliefs after internship.Based on the results of the study,it is suggested to increase the proportion of credits in the course of educational practice courses,to strengthen the self-reflection of normal college students,to provide high-quality educational practice instructors,and to guide students to love education and devote themselves into education.
