摘要
利用多种柱色谱技术对龙胆科獐牙菜属植物藏茵陈全草正丁醇部位进行分离纯化,结合UV、IR、ESI-MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱数据对其化合物进行结构鉴定。从藏茵陈全草正丁醇部位分离纯化得到7个化合物,分别为牡荆苷(1)、异荭草苷(2)、当药醇苷(3)、当药黄素(4)、獐牙菜苷(5)、獐牙菜苦苷(6)、龙胆苦苷(7)。其中包括2个黄酮苷类化合物、2个口山酮类化合物、3个环烯醚萜苷类化合物。化合物1为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Based on the spectral date such as UV,IR,ESI-MS,IH-NMR,BC-NMR,this paper studies the chemical constitverts from the n-BuOH fraction of whole plant of Herba Artemisiae Scoppariae with multiple column chromatography technique.Seven compounds were isolated from the n-BuOH fraction of extract and identified as Vitexin(1),Isoorientin(2),Swertianolin(3),Swertisin(4),Sweroside(5),Swertimarin(6),and Gentiopicrosid(7),among which include two kinds of flavones,two kinds of Xanthones,and three kinds of Iridoid glycosides.Compound 1 was obtained from Herba Artemisiae Scoppariae for the first time.
