丁螺环酮治疗抗抑郁药所致性功能障碍的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Buspirone in treatment of sexual dysfunction caused by antidepressants

目的:观察丁螺环酮治疗抗抑郁药引起的性功能障碍的疗效及安全性。方法:选取120例符合抗抑郁药所致的性功能障碍患者,其中男性和女性各60例。随机分为研究组和对照组,每组60例,其中男性和女性各30例,研究组在原抗抑郁药基础上加用丁螺环酮30mg/d治疗,对照组原抗抑郁方案不变。比较两组男性患者治疗前后IIEF-5得分变化和女性患者治疗前后FSFI得分变化,并评定疗效。结果:治疗前研究组男性IIEF-5和女性FSFI与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后研究组各条目及总分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无明显差异。结论:丁螺环酮治疗抗抑郁药物导致的性功能障碍安全有效。

Objective： To observe efficacy and safety of Buspirone in treatment of sexual dysfunction caused by antidepressants.Methods： 120 patients with antidepressant induced sexual dysfunction （female 60 and male 60） were selected and divided into experimental group and control group （60 cases in each group,including 30 female patients and 30 male patients） according the treatment methods.The experimental group was given the antidepressants combined with Buspirone 30 mg/d,while the control group used the original antidepressants.The changes of IIEF-5 scores of the male patients and the changes of the FSFI scores of the female patients before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups and the curative effect was evaluated.Results： Before the treatment,the differences in the IIEF-5 scores of the male patients and the FSFI scores of the female patients between the experimental group and control group were not statistically significant.However,after the treatment,the each item score and the total scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusions： Buspirone is effective and safe in the treatment of sexual dysfunction caused by the antidepressants.
