丹红注射液联合奥拉西坦对脑梗死神经功能恢复及脑部血液动力学的影响

Effects of Danhong injection combined with Oxiracetam on neural function recovery and brain hemodynamics of patients with cerebral infarction

目的:探讨丹红注射液联合奥拉西坦对脑梗死神经功能恢复及脑部血液动力学的影响。方法:将112例患者按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组56例,对照组给予丹红注射液,观察组在此基础上给予奥拉西坦。观察两组患者神经功能恢复情况、脑部血液动力学、不良反应。结果:治疗后观察组NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的Qmean、Vmean、R、Zcv均明显优于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:丹红注射液联合奥拉西坦对脑梗死神经功能恢复及脑部血液动力学的影响疗效显著。

Objective： To investigate effects of Danhong injection combined with Oxiracetam on neural function recovery and brain hemodynamics of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods： 112 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 56 cases.The control group was treated with Danhong injection,while the observation group was given Danhong injection combined with Oxiracetam.The neural function recovery,cerebral hemodynamics and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results： After the treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the Qmean,Vmean,R and Zcv of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Danhong injection combined with Oxiracetamis significantly effective in the neural function recovery and brain hemodynamics of the patients with cerebral infarction.
