摘要
目的:观察认知功能训练对社区认知功能衰退老年患者的影响。方法:对124例认知功能衰退老年患者进行认知功能训练,包括背古诗、计算、玩游戏和手指操等。采用简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)和蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)对其训练前后进行评定比较。结果:认知功能训练后患者的MMSE量表总分、执行功能、语言能力较训练前呈明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:认知功能训练可明显提高社区认知功能衰退老年患者的认知功能。
Objective: To explore effects of cognitive training on community-dwelling senile patients with cognitive decline.Methods: 124 senile patients with cognitive decline were selected and given the cognitive training,including reciting ancient poems,computing,playing games,finger exercises and so on.Then,they were assessed by using mini mental state examination (MMSE) and Montreal cognitive assessment (Mo CA).Results: After the training,the total Mo CA score a well as the scores of executive function and language function wer improved significantly,and the differences before and after the training were statistically significant (P 〈0.01).Conclusions: The cognitive training could significantly improve the cognitive function of the community-dwelling senile patients with cognitive decline.
