摘要
目的:探讨在肿瘤患者康复中应用同伴教育方式的效果。方法:采用自身对照研究法,对研究对象进行两次问卷调查,间隔一年,期间开展同伴教育方式的健康教育。对两次调查问卷结果进行比较分析,问卷内容包括肿瘤患者基本信息、肿瘤相关信息和指标、肿瘤生存质量量表、抑郁自我评定量表等。结果:同伴教育后患者的躯体功能、情绪功能和社会功能三个领域显著优于同伴教育前,疼痛、失眠、食欲三个生命质量领域单一条目显著优于同伴教育前,抑郁情绪较同伴教育前减轻,患者自我感觉康复信心显著较同伴教育前增强。结论:同伴教育有助于提高肿瘤患者的康复效果。
Objective: To study effects of application of peer education mode on rehabilitation in cancer patients.Methods: Using a self-control contrast method,the objects were surveyed by a questionnaire twice with an interval of a year,during which,a peer education was conducted.Then,the results of the two surveys were analyzed and compared.Then contents of the questionnaire included the basic information,tumor relevant information and indicators,tumor quality of life scale,self-rating anxiety scale,etc.Results:Compared with those before the peer education,the scores of the physical function,emotional function and social function of the patients after the education were significantly improved,the scores of pain,insomnia,loss of appetite in the tumor quality of life scale were significantly better,the anxiety emotions were obviously reduced,and the self-feeling rehabilitation confidence was significantly enhanced.Conclusions: The peer education helps to improve the rehabilitation effects of the cancer patients.
