文中首先描述了江苏省冷链物流行业存在的冷链物流设施不足与不均、冷链物流设备不足与不均、设施设备设计选型和安装不科学、垛距设计不科学等问题,然后进行了详细的原因分析,并提出了针对性解决措施:构建新型生鲜物流组织形式,就产地建设冷库;加大政策引导力度,加快企业主动设备投资;科学规划,提升冷库设施设备设计和选择的合理性;设备选型充分考虑使用环境;科学设计垛距。
