摘要 生鲜电商随着电商行业的发展逐渐成为了电商最后一片蓝海。行业中大至大电商平台生鲜频道、垂直生鲜电商平台、O2O生鲜电商,小到大电商平台生鲜水果网店等,纷纷入场竞争。文中从广州Y公司这一小型生鲜电子商务公司物流配送环节切入,分析Y公司物流配送现状和存在问题,分别从配送业务流程优化、采用循环取货方式自主配送两大途径优化Y公司生鲜电商物流配送业务,从而提高配送效率,降低配送成本。 Fresh E-commercehas gradually become the last piece of blue ocean with the rapid development of E-commerce industry. So many competitors have entered Fresh E-commerce industry,such as fresh channel of large E-commerce platform,vertical fresh E-commerce platform,O2 O E-commerce supplier,andfresh fruit shopin large electronic business platformetc. This paper studies the object of the logistics deliveryprocess of Guangzhou D Company which is a small-sized fresh fruit e-commerce company,Analysingits logistics distribution status and finding out theproblems. Then the following two ways are adopted to optimize the Y company fresh electricity supplier logistics distribution business: the distribution business process optimization and the adoption of a cycle way forindependent distribution. It finally improves distribution efficiency and reduces delivery cost.
