建设跨境电子商务中心城市的对策研究——以广州为例

Research on Countermeasures of Constructing Cross-border E-commence Central City: A Case about Guangzhou City

近年来,全球经济发展低迷,我国传统外贸业务出现明显下滑,但跨境电子商务却呈现快速增长趋势,为我国对外贸易增长做出极大贡献。政府因此非常重视并支持跨境电子商务的发展,批准建设跨境电商试点城市及跨境电子商务综合试验区,探索建设跨境电子商务的经验。文中以广州市为例,查阅资料了解广州跨境电子商务的发展现状,通过SWOT分析方法分析广州建设跨境电商存在的不足及发展空间,并从政府角度提出了广州建设跨境电商的对策及建议,以期通过发展跨境电子商务、实现传统外贸、制造产业转型升级、对建成跨境电商城市有所帮助。

In recent years,the global economic was lost in the downturn,and China＇s traditional external trade business has declined significantly. However,cross-border e-commerce develops rapidly and makes great contributions to China＇s external trade growth. Therefore,the government attaches great importance to and supports the development of cross-border e-commerce. Central government departments approve the establishment of cross-border pilot cities and cross-border e-commerce comprehensive experimental zones to explore the experience of building cross-border e-commerce. Taking Guangzhou City as an example,on the basis of understanding the current situation of cross-border e-commerce in Guangzhou,the paper analyzes the shortcomings and development space of Guangzhou construction of cross-border e-business through the SWOT analysis method. And then,from the government point of view,the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of cross-border e-commence of Guangzhou City are put forward,hoping that through the development of cross-border e-commerce,to achieve the traditional external trade,manufacturing industry transformation,and be helpful for Guangzhou to be thecross-border e-commerce central city in the future.
