摘要
2015年,内江市提出了要全力打造"四川电商第二城"和"川南电子商务中心"。文中结合亲历的培训工作,发现农村电子商务存在着农村基础设施差,农民电商意识弱,农产品品牌不够响等诸多问题。针对上述问题,提出从政策引导和领导重视,地标性品牌打造,搭建电商平台,加强基础设施建设,培育电商人才等方面的措施,以期对内江市农村电子商务的发展提供参考。
In 2015,the city proposed to build "Sichuan e-commerce second city"and "Sichuan south e-commerce center". In combination with the training work,the author finds that the rural infrastructure is poor,the farmer's e-commerce is weak,and the brand of agricultural products is not sound enough. Aiming at the above problems,put forward from the policy guidance and leadership attaches great importance to,branding,landmark building electric business platform,to strengthen the construction of infrastructure and cultivation measures in aspects of electrical business,in order to render Neijiang rural electronic commerce development done.
