摘要
"互联网+"已提高到国家发展战略层面,而O2O到家服务平台是"互联网+"与家政、洗衣、装修、教育、医疗等到家服务结合的新模式。给居民生活带来了便捷性和互惠性。但其在发展过程中面临着消费者对到家服务认识程度低、服务水平差异化、尚未形成稳定高效运作模式等诸多困境。因此,增设线下体验店,建立标准化服务体系、形成稳定高效运作模式对于大多数O2O到家服务平台发展具有一定借鉴作用。
"Internet + "has been raised to the national development strategy level,and O2O home service platform is "Internet + "combined with home economics,laundry,decoration,education,medical and other home services developing a new model. To the residents of life has brought convenience and reciprocity. But in the development process is facing the consumer awareness of the low degree of service to the home,the level of service differentiation,has not yet formed a stable and efficient operation of pattern and many other difficulties. Therefore,the addition of offline experience shop,the establishment of standardized service system,the formation of stable and efficient operation pattern for the development of most O2O home service platform has a reference role.
