电网企业各直属单位所需物资的高效供应是提升企业运营绩效的重要因素,也是电网企业推进现代化管理的必然要求。文中根据电网企业直属单位的物资合同履约管理进行了优化,构建了全链条责任管理体系下的合同履约管理模式,将合同风险始终处于可控、能控、在控状态,夯实企业运营风险防范基础,提升依法治企能力,提升整体管控能力,全面提高企业合同管理水平。
