摘要
高校一般管理人员处于高校管理的一线,其素质和能力的提升不仅影响着高校管理的水平,而且对高校的"双一流"建设起着支撑作用。依据高校一般管理人员绩效评价现状,文中构建了高校一般管理人员绩效评价三维结构模型,分析了三维结构的构成要素,利用雷达图勾画了某管理人员绩效评价状况,并从完善绩效反馈和激励机制、制定切实可行的职业生涯规划等方面提出了提升高校一般管理人员能力的途径。
The university's general managers are the frontier of university management,and upgrading their quality and ability not only affects the level of university management,but also plays a supporting role in constructing" double first-class"of universities. According to the present performance evaluation situation of university's general management,the three-dimensional structure model of the general management performance evaluation is constructed in this paper. The elements of the model are analyzed and performance evaluation result is carried out by using the radar chart. The way to improve the performance is given,which includes building the feedback and incentive mechanism,establishing the career planning and other aspects.
