The construction of practice base of master for accounting is the macro demand of national strategic development,the construction of practice base can promote the depth of cooperation between schools and enterprises,achieving mutual benefit and win-win results. At the same time,the construction of practice base can promote practice ability of master of accounting. This paper expounds the background,necessity and problems of the construction of the practice base of the accounting degree graduate students,and finally puts forward some relevant suggestions.
