摘要
学习动力不足是高职生身上普遍存在的一个现象,是高职院校必须面对和解决的一个重要课题。通过探索观念和思维方式的变革,实现"术"和"道"的有机结合,创新学习评价机制,培养学习品格,是高职学生保持内在学习动力的根本之道。学习型组织理论提出的"五项修炼"精髓,即共同愿景、自我超越、团队学习、心智模式和系统思考,对提高高职学生的内在学习动力具有重要的借鉴意义。
Vocational learning underpowered is an important issue to be faced and solved. The essence of The Fifth Discipline learning organization theory are common vision, self-transcendence, team learning, mental models and systems thinking, exploring ideas and ways of thinking change. Combining technique and Tao is essential to stimulate and develop students' intrinsic motivation to learn continuously.
