摘要
在教育部《中学教师专业标准(试行)》的基础上,结合浙江省深化普通高中课程改革和招生制度改革对普高教师专业发展的要求,开发出"普通高中教师专业发展自评问卷"。通过该问卷调查了543名普通高中教师,对不同性别和教龄的教师进行了专业发展能力的评价,为教师个体的专业发展评估提供了常模,为精准实现普通高中教师专业发展的指导和培训提供依据。
Based on the Middle School Teachers' Professional Standards published by the ministry of education, the deepening of curriculum reform and the reform of the enrollment system,We developed the self rating questionnaire on senior high school teachers' professional development. We conducted a questionnaire survey of 543 senior high school teachers, evaluated the professional development ability of different gender and age of the teachers, provided a norm to evaluate teachers' individual professional development, laid a foundation for accurate teacher guidance and training.
