书院制背景下班级建设的实证研究——以浙江工商大学杭州商学院为例

The Empirical Research on Construction of College Class in the Context of Academy Institution

研究采用班级建设相关问卷随机对浙江省某高校15个班级学生进行调查。结果表明,当前高校班级建设存在班级目标不明确、学风有所偏差、班级活动品质有待提升、组织领导团队建设有待加强等问题。研究结合该校书院建设的背景,就营造良好班级氛围、加强班级组织领导建设等班级建设问题进行了深入分析。

The study takes relevant questionnaire to investigate the students from an independent college. On the basis of the study, indefinite objective, not good enough environment of learning, the quality of activity and the leadership are the main existing problems on the construction of college classes.The study takes the context of academy institution in consideration, further discusses on how to build up good environment and strengthen the leadership in college classes.
