摘要
教育依赖于本土文化背景,乡村学校教育也不例外。现今乡村学校教育肩负着承继、挖掘、创新乡土文化的重任。通过对广西三江县三所乡村小学的调研,发现乡土文化缺失现象较为显著,主要表现在:教师缺乏文化自信,学生衍生文化疏离,学校教学内容缺乏乡土元素。究其原因,主要是处于弱者形象的乡村教育价值取向城市化、教师和学生的意识形态在离农教育中不断上移。为了走出困境,乡村学校教育应重视乡土文化回归与复兴、提升教师的文化资本、加强学生的文化濡化、匡正校本课程的价值取向,真正成为属于乡村的教育。
Education relies on homeland culture background, the village school education is no exception. Rural school education shoulders the responsibility of inheriting, excavating, innovating local culture. Through the research of a primary school in Sanjiang, Guangxi, the paper finds rural primary schools are absence of homeland culture, teachers lack cultural self-confidence, students derivative cultural alienation, the school teaching content misses local culture elements because of education value orientation of urbanization, teachers and students constant move up out of away from agriculture education.To get out of the dilemma, rural school education should pay attention to local culture's return and renaissance by improving teachers' culture capital, strengthening students' enculturation.
