大豆异黄酮是大豆生长过程中形成的一类次生代谢产物,属于生物黄酮,具有弱植物雌激素功能和抗氧化功能。能促进动物的生长,提高繁殖性能,促进动物乳腺的发育,增加泌乳量,被广泛应用于人类健康及饲料添加剂中发挥其营养作用。对大豆异黄酮及其在猪生产中的最新应用研究进行综述,以期为大豆异黄酮的进一步研究应用提供理论依据。

Soybean isoflavones is a kind of biological flavonoids belonged to secondary plant metabolites,with functions of phytoestrogens and antioxidant.Isoflavones can promote animal growth,improve the reproductive performance,and promote the development of animal mammary gland,also increase the amount of milk.At the same time,isoflavones has non-toxic,no drug residues,is widely applied to human health and animal feed with small dose.We reviewed soybean isoflavone and its application in pigs production,for the further research and application.
