大米粉中汞和总砷检测能力评价

Evaluation of mercury and total arsenic detection in rice flour

结合实验室间汞和总砷项目比对,简述了实验室参加实验室间比对对实验室能力建设管理的重要性。通过组织实验室进行实验室间比对,来评价实验室对大米粉中汞和总砷检测的准确性,促进各参加实验室该类测试项目检测能力的不断提高。检测方法用GB 5009.17-2014《食品中总汞及有机汞的测定》、GB 5009.11-2014《食品中总砷及无机砷的测定》,本次试验54家实验室参加,其中1家实验室由于设备原因撤销本次实验室间比对计划,最终有53家反馈结果。实验结果采用"Z比分法"分析,结果显示,参加此次比对试验的实验室检测能力较高,Z值分布基本均衡。实验室间比对是实施实验室有效管理的一个重要环节,也是实验室必须遵守的一个基本要求。

Based on the detection of mercury and total arsenic during interlaboratory comparison,we briefly described the importance of interlaboratory comparison on the construction and management of laboratory capacity.Through interlaboratory comparison,the accuracy of laboratory examination of mercury and total arsenic in rice flour was evaluated,and the testing ability of each laboratory was improved continuously.The detection methods were according to GB 5009.17-2014 Determination of Total Mercury and Organic Mercury in Foodand GB 5009.11-2014 Determination of Total Arsenic and Inorganic Arsenic in Food.Because 1 lab due to the equipment withdrew from the interlaboratory comparison,eventually there were 53 feedback results.Using the method of Z score analysis,the results showed at the than the detection ability to test laboratories was higher,and the Z value distribution was fundamental equilibrium.Interlaboratory comparison is an important part of effective laboratory management,and also a basic laboratory requirement.
