七七事变是日本全面侵华的开始,作为日本＂国策会社＂的满铁在事变中充当重要的角色,发挥了重要的作用。在七七事变之前,满铁对华北地区展开调查,掠夺资源,为扩大侵略战争做准备;七七事变过程中,满铁采取全方位的措施服务于战争;七七事变之后,配合日本军队强化对华北地区的统治,扩张侵略势力。满铁在七七事变过程中的行为说明为战争服务是其根本目的,侵略活动与势力扩张相伴而生,国策与资本紧密结合,从根本上体现了满铁的侵略性。

July 7 th Incident was the start of the full-scale Japanese invasion on China. As a ＂National Policy Agency＂of Japan,Manchurian Railway played an important role in this incident. Firstly,before July 7 th Incident,Manchurian Railway had investigated in North China and plundered its resources,which was the preparation for escalating the war of aggression. Secondly,during July 7 th Incident,comprehensive measures were adopted by Manchurian Railway to serve the war. Thirdly,after July 7 th Incident,Manchurian Railway cooperated with the Japanese army to strengthen the rule over North China and expand the aggression. These behaviors of Manchurian Railway in July 7 th Incident illustrate that serving the war is its primary purpose. Meanwhile,Manchurian Railway took July 7 th Incident as an opportunity to constantly expand its influence on North China. In conclusion,as for Manchurian Railway,aggression is accompanied by expansion; state policy is connected with capital,which basically reveals its aggressive nature.
