摘要
为了减小传统调索方法在钢—砼组合斜拉桥调索过程中钢箱梁由二期恒载引起的变形和应力,在现有调索方法理论基础之上,通过研究提出在钢纤维砼浇筑完成,桥面沥青砼铺装之前进行终调索。详细介绍了最终施调量的计算过程,比较了两种调索方法下的计算所得成桥索力理论值,借助有限元分析软件,分析了运用该方法与传统调索方法进行调索过程中钢箱梁由二期恒载引起的变形和应力,分析结果表明:在钢纤维砼浇筑完成,桥面沥青砼铺装之前进行终调索,整个钢箱梁由二期恒载引起的变形和应力分别减小了由传统调索方法引起变形、应力的34.7%和46.8%,极大地提高了桥面铺装的耐久性。
In order to reduce the deformation and stress which was caused by dead load in steel-concrete composite cable-stayed bridge cable adjustment process , in the existing theorjusting cable , putting forward that the adjusting cable was implemented beforpavement. The calculation process of the amount was introduced in detail and compared the calculated theoretical value of cable force in two kinds of adjusting cable. With finitealyzing deformation and stress which was caused by dead during using this method and the traditionalmethod of adjustment cable process. The results show the adjusting cable was implemented before deck asphalt concrete pavement , the deformation and stress reduced 34. 7 % and 46. 8% which was caused by the traditional method of adjustment cable process and improving the durability of bridge deck greatly.
