温拌再生沥青混合料耐久性能室内试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 作为公路翻修维护的一项新技术,集成温拌技术与热拌再生技术优点的温拌再生技术越来越受到重视,在验证热再生沥青混合料和添加两种温拌剂的温再生沥青混合料配合比设计合理的基础上,分别采用冻融循环劈裂试验、老化试验以及疲劳试验对3种再生沥青混合料的水稳定性能、低温抗裂性能以及疲劳寿命等耐久性能进行系统研究,研究结果表明:相对于热再生沥青混合料而言,添加两种温拌剂的温再生沥青混合料的动稳定度降低,最大弯曲拉应变、抗拉强度比和残留稳定度均得到不同程度的提升;温再生沥青混合料的抗老化性能和抗疲劳性能均好于热再生沥青混合料,且添加DAT温拌剂的沥青混合料抗老化、抗疲劳性能优于添加S-I温拌剂的沥青混合料;三种再生沥青混合料的疲劳寿命试验值采用线性疲劳方程拟合效果较好。研究成果可以为温拌再生沥青混合料的应用提供指导和借鉴。 as a new technology of highway overhaul maintenance , integration of nology and hot mix recycling warm mix technology advantages of regeneration technology more and more attention,based on the verification of hot recycled asphalt mixture and add two kinds of warm mix agent temperature of recycled asphalt mixture ratio design based on the reasonable usintest , aging test and fatiiue test , water stability of three kinds of recycled asphalt performance and fatigue life and durability properties were studied , the results showhot recycled asphalt mixture , adding two kinds of warm mix agent temperature of recycled asphalt mixture dynamic stability decreased , the maximum bending strain , tensile strength ratio and residual stability were improved ; temperature regeneration anti-aging performance and anti fatigue performance of asphalt mixture Are better than hot recycled asphalt mixture , asphalt mixture and asphalt mixtuwarm mix agent of anti-aging and anti fatigue performance is bettegent; fatigue life test of three kinds of recycled asphalt mixture value using linear fitting fatigue equation better effect. The research results can provide guidance and reference for the application of warm mix re-cycled asphalt mixture.
