摘要
首先对软土地基公路工程表层施工处理、粉喷桩加固、竖向排水等方法进行了分析,并以吉林某软土地基公路工程施工处理为例,对该公路软土地基的施工处理进行分析研究,为减小沉降趋于严重,施工单位采用三种技术措施,分别为路基中部填筑石灰土技术、减小路堤荷载技术、工后修补技术。工程对路基施工完后的沉降进行测试,以k10+285段的数据进行沉降分析,工程工后沉降量≤25 cm,不均匀沉降最大值为4.0 cm,工后容许沉降量符合《公路软土地基路堤设计与施工技术规范》。通过增设排水设施,使饱和软粘土快速固结。通过碎石桩体和注浆管分别完成低压注浆和高压注浆,排水通过砂垫层施工法完成,为顺利排水,砂石材料砂粒径要不小于0.70 mm,砂石含量要不大于垫层的14.5%。
This article on highway soft soil foundation treatment, surface consforcement and vertical drainage methods were analyzed, and the construction of a Highway Engineering in Jilin as an example, to analyze the construction of sofof the highway , in order to reduce the settlement gradually serious phenomenon , engineering coostructionthe unit has three kinds of technical measures , respectively , lime soil subgrade middle technology , re-duce the embankment load after construction technology , repair technology. The engineering of subgrade settlement after the construction of the test data of K10 +285 segment in settlement analysis , settlementafter construction are not larger than 25 cm , the maximum settlement value of 4. 0 cm , in line with , the” Highway Soft Soil Foundation Embankment Design and construction technical specification" allowable settlement after construction. Through the establishment of drainage facilities , the saturated soft clay.Low pressure grouting and high pressure grouting are completed through the bopipe , drainage through the construction method of sand cushion , smooth drainage , sand or sand diameterless ttan 0. 70mm , or more than 14. 5% of the content of sand cushion.
