摘要
采用混合料真实矿料级配与RAP材料级配的"双级配控制"方法,进行乳化沥青冷再生混合料配合比设计,需添加部分新的粗集料,改善了再生混合料的矿料级配,提高了混合料的高温稳定性,但也增加了混合料拌和均匀的难度。通过采用65%固含量、沥青平均粒径在5μm以下的均匀稳定的乳化沥青与自主研发的全新的冷再生专用分层多步连续式拌和楼来生产,冷再生混合料均匀、稳定、裹覆良好、色泽发亮、施工性能优良。在生产过程中,通过调整两级搅拌缸中乳化沥青、水的掺加比例以及矿料的添加顺序,并随施工气温的变化,实时调整外掺水量,使拌和工艺最优化、冷再生混合料质量完全可控。
The design of cold recycling mixture with emulsified asphalt w a s applied with the “double grading control” method of real aggregate gradation and R A P material gradation. S o m e n e wcoarse aggregates are needed to improve the aggregate gradation of recycled mtemperature stability, but also increase the mixing even difficulty. Cold recycled mixture is uniform andstable , wrapped , bright color , good performance and good construction through using stable emulsified asphalt of 65% solid content , asphalt average size of 5 ^m and self - developed n e w cold recycling spe-cial multi step continuous mixer. In the production process , the mixing process optimization , cold recy-cled mixture quality is completely controllable through the adjustment of two stage mixing emulsified as-phalt ,water tank mixing ratio and adding order of mineral aggregate , and real - time adjustment of watercontent with the change of construction temperature.
