摘要
骨料与胶凝材料间的结合区域是透水混凝土最薄弱部位,也是影响透水混凝土路用性能的关键区域。从宏观和微观角度系统研究了矿物活性超细粉对透水混凝土的界面效应,结果发现超细粉煤灰和硅灰颗粒可以分散到界面过渡区的粗糙孔隙结构区域,提高界面过渡层的致密程度,加之超细粉的复合水化作用,使界面的结合状态增强。同时透水混凝土界面过渡区的微观形貌表明矿物活性超细粉的掺入显著改善界面区的粘结程度,解决了透水混凝土高强和高透水性的矛盾。
The interfacial area of aggregate and cementitious materials is the weakest structure ofpervious concrete and is the critical areas of pervious concrete road peractive ultrafine mineral pow d e r on the macroscopic and microscopic performanceinvestigated. The results indicated that ultrafine fly ash and silica f u m e partrough area of the pervious concrete interface transition zone. T h e density of the interface transition layerwas improved. The strength of the interface w a s enhanced with the superfine powders hydration. It wasshowed that the cementitious properties of the interfacial zone were significantly incmineral active ultrafine po w d e r from pervious concrete microstructure of the interfacial transition zone. The contradiction between high strength and high water permeability of pervious concrete were solved.
