水厂脱水污泥的两种资源化利用方案 被引量:1

摘要 从固体废物综合利用角度,以添加30%~50%硅藻土的净水厂污泥为研究对象,从制备工艺、影响因素及水处理应用等方面介绍了制备陶瓷膜和陶粒的两种资源化途径,并从经济效益角度对其进行对比。结果表明,采用水厂脱水污泥制备的陶瓷膜耐腐蚀性能强,过滤性好,纯水通量达到515.72 L/(h·m^2·kPa),对沉淀出水和回流水浊度的去除率分别为96%和77%,可应用于给水处理工艺中。与制备陶粒相比,陶瓷膜原料成本仅占总成本的10%,具有成本优势和良好的经济效益,有利于该利用途径的推广应用。 From the perspective of solid waste comprehensive ut i l izat ion,and with waterworks dewatered sludge added with 30% ?50% diatomite as the research object, two resource ut i l iza t io n schemes to prepare ceramic membrane and ceramsite were intro d u ce d, including preparation processes,influencing factors and water treatment applications. Results showed that prepared ceramic membrane was possessed with strong chemical corrosion resistance and good filterability. The pure water flux reached 515.72 L / (h m2 kP a ) and the removal rates of turbidity were 96% and 77% for precipitation effluent and reflux water, respectively, good enough to be applied in water treatment. Compared with the preparation of ceramsite, the cost of ceramic membrane material took up only 10% of the total cost,making it cost-effective and economical,beneficial for its popularization and application.
