雄安新区发展模式:区域一体化经验借鉴

The Development Pattern of Xiong'an New District: Lessons from Regional Integration

以马来西亚布城、韩国世宗市、日本东京为例,从国外国家城市经济圈建设经验作为切入点,对雄安新区发展模式进行多角度深入分析,指出雄安新区在发展过程当中所面临的挑战包括:人口密度给经济发展带来的较大压力;基础设施配套不完善,互联互通难度大;环境方面以及房地产存在的问题。据此提出雄安新区应是在历史、社会以及经济的发展过程当中应运而生的一个综合经济体,其与北京通州城市副中心一起,共同构成北京新的两翼,另外一个重要的功能定位是对北京的非首都功能进行疏解,同时应探索出人口经济密集型城市和地区的优化开发新模式。

The paper conducted multi-dimensional analysis of the establishment of Xiong＇an New District and studied experience of cosmopolitan area in other countries such as Putrajaya in Malaysia, Sejong in South Korea and Tokyo in Japan and pointed out that challenges facing the development of Xiong＇an New District include high pressure in economic development caused by population density, underdeveloped infrastructure, difficulty in interconnectivity, environment and real estate problems. In response to these issues, the establishment of Xiong＇an New District should be considered as a comprehensive economy in China＇s historic, economic and social development and should be considered as the new two wings of Beijing together with Tongzhou District——sub center of Beijing. Another important function of Xiong＇an New District is to disperse the non capital function of Beijing and find out new development mode of cities and districts with dense population.
