棋盘井矿综采工作面煤层注水工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对棋盘井矿综采工作面粉尘危害严重的情况,对该矿Ⅰ020902工作面进行了煤层注水试验,从煤的原有水分含量、孔隙率、自然吸水率、坚固性系数4个方面对该矿煤层是否适合注水进行了实验分析。为了取得更好的除尘效果,从钻孔参数、注水参数、封孔技术进行了优化对比。现场试验结果表明,在注水压力7 MPa、钻孔间距15 m、单孔注水量370 m^3、注水流量2.1 m^3/h、单孔注水时间8 d、同时注水钻孔数量3个,以及用水泥—水玻璃封孔、封孔深度8 m时,煤层注水除尘效果较好,工作面全尘降尘率能达到86.38%,呼吸性粉尘降尘率能达到75.94%。 To counter the serious dust hazard in the fully mechanized coal face in Qipanjing Coal Mine’ coal seam water infusion test was conducted in I 020902 working face in this mine ’ and experimental analysis was made on the water infusion suitability of the coal seam from the original water content’porosity’ natural water absorption and consistent coefficient of coal. In order to achieve better dust removal effect’ the drilling parameters’ water infusion parameters and hole-sealing technology were all optimized and compared. The field test results showed that under the conditions of the injection pressure of 7 MPa’ the hole spacing of 15 m’ the single hole infusion volume of 370 m3 ’ the infusion flow of 2. 1 m3/h ’ the single hole infusion time of 8 d’ simultaneous infusion by 3 holes’ the hole being sealed by cement-water glass and the sealing depth of 8 m’ the dust removal effect by coal seam water infusion was better’ the removal efficiecy of the total dust in the working face can reach 86. 38% ’ and the removal efficiency of respirable dust can reach 75.94%.
