摘要
CFB矸石渣压碎值大、吸水率高,且级配不良、粒形差,用其配制的砂浆强度高,但流动性差,流动度经时损失率大,易抹性差。CFB矸石渣经球破研磨后,压碎值大幅度降低,级配和粒形均得到改善。用其配制的砂浆流动性得到改善,且抗折强度提高了11.7%,抗压强度提高了13.8%。随着用水量的增加,矸石渣砂浆的流动性大幅度改善,而强度仅略有降低。通过加大用水量,利用CFB矸石渣作机制砂,可配制出流动性好,强度高的砂浆。
Characterized by high crushing value and water absorption rate,CFB gangue slag is also poorly graded and has clearly unsatisfactory particle shape. And the mortar made with CFB gangue slag has bad fluidity and high 1 h fluidity loss and is hard to wipe out,but has very high strength. Through ball milling,the CFB gangue slag has a highly decreased crushing value and its particle gradation and shape are greatly improved. Additionally,the mortar incorporating ground CFB gangue slag has improved fluidity,and its flexural strength and compressive strength increased by 11. 7% and 13. 8%,respectively. With the increase of water consumption, the fluidity of CFB gangue slag mortar is significantly improved while the strength is only slightly decreased. Therefore,with increased water consumption,incorporation of CFB gangue slag as manufactured-sand in mortar can be a valid way to prepare the mortar with desired fluidity and high strength.
