消瘤汤加味联合胸腺肽治疗胃黏膜低级别上皮内瘤变的临床疗效及对患者肿瘤标志物和病理的影响

Clinical efficacy of modified Xiaoliu decoction combined with thymosin on low-grade gastric intraepithelial neoplasia and its effects on tumor marker and pathology of patients

目的观察消瘤汤加味联合胸腺肽治疗胃黏膜低级别上皮内瘤变(LGIN)的临床疗效,以及对肿瘤标志物和病理的影响。方法将467例LGIN患者随机分为2组,对照组231例在西医常规治疗基础上应用消瘤汤加味治疗,治疗组236例在对照组基础上联合胸腺肽治疗。2组均15 d为1个疗程,第1、2个疗程间隔1个月,第2、3个疗程间隔3个月,3个疗程后统计疗效,并观察2组治疗前后主症、肿瘤标志物及病理变化。结果治疗组胃痛、胁痛、痞满症状加重或无变化率低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组肿瘤标志物消失率高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组痊愈率74.15%,总有效率100%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后病理无变化或加重率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消瘤汤加味联合胸腺肽治疗LGIN疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Xiaoliu decoction combined with thymosin on the treatment of low grade gastric intraepithelial neoplasia（ LGIN）. Methods 467 cases of LGIN patients were randomly divided into two groups. 231 cases in the control group were treated by modified Xiaoliu decoction on the basis of routine western medicine,and 236 cases in the treatment group were treated by thymosin on the basis of the control group. The treatment course was 15 d in two groups. There was 1 month interval between the 1 stcourse and 2 nd courses,and 3 months intervals between the 2 ndcourses and 3 rdcourses. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment 3 courses,and the changes of primary symptom,tumor marker and pathology before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results The rates of stomachache,hypochondriac pain,distention and fullness aggravated or no changed in treatment group were lower than that in control group with statistically differences（ P 0. 05）. The disappearance rate of tumor marker in treatment group was higher than that in control group with statistically differences（ P 0. 05）. The cure rate in treatment group was 74. 15%,and the total effective rate was 100. 00%,which compared with the control group with statistically differences（ P 0. 01）. The rate of patholugy eggravated or on changed after treatment in treatment group was lower than that in control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Modified Xiaoliu decoction combined with thymosin has exact effects on the treatment of LGIN.
