摘要
利用种子介导生长法制备了金纳米双锥可饱和吸收体,并且用于1.3μm调Q锁模激光器.采用五镜折叠腔设计,实现了LD泵浦1.3μm调Q锁模脉冲激光运转,在泵浦功率为5.162 W时,调Q锁模的平均输出功率为368mW,调Q包络脉冲宽度为1 770ns,对应包络内锁模脉冲重复频率为75.4 MHz.
Gold nano-bipyramids(Au-NBPs)were synthesized by seed-mediated growth method.Five-mirror fold cavity was designed and demonstrated that gold nano-bipyramids could be used as saturable absorbers for LD-pumped Q-switched mode-locked plus laser in 1.3μm region.For a pump power of 5.162 W,the average output power was 368 mW with a minimumQ-switched envelope pulse width 1 770 ns and maximum mode-locked repetition rate 75.4 MHz.
