加味茵陈术附汤联合基础治疗对慢性淤胆型肝炎的疗效观察

Effects observation of Yinchenzhufu decoction combined routine treatment in treatment of chronic cholestatic hepatitis

目的探讨加味茵陈术附汤联合基础治疗对慢性淤胆型肝炎的临床应用效果。方法选取平阳县中医院于2011年2月～2016年11月期间收治的100例慢性淤胆型肝炎患者作为研究对象,随机均分为研究组（n=50）和对照组（n=50）。对照组给予常规基础治疗,研究组在常规基础治疗时加用加味茵陈术附汤。记录2组慢性淤胆型肝炎患者连续治疗8 w后临床疗效、治疗期间不良反应（药物相关）变化情况。结果经治疗后研究组慢性淤胆型肝炎患者临床治疗总有效率为90.00%,对照组为72.00%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗期间研究组治疗药物相关各项不良反应发生情况与对照组对比无统计学意义。结论加味茵陈术附汤联合基础治疗可显著提高慢性淤胆型肝炎患者的临床疗效。

Object ive To investigate the clinical effects of Yinchenzhufu decoction combined routine treatment in treatment of chronic cholestatic hepatitis. Methods 100 patients with chronic cholestatic hepatitis were selected from Pingyang Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2011 to November 2016. They were randomly divided into the study group （n=50） and the control group （n=50）. The control group was given routine treatment, the study group on the basis of routine therapy was given modified Yinchenzhufu decoction. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions （drug related） during the 8 weeks of continuous treatment were recorded in two groups of patients with chronic cholestatic hepatitis. Results After treatment, the total efi＆ciency in the study group of patients with chronic cholestatic hepatitis was 90.00% and the control group was 72.00%, and there was significant difference between two group （P〈0.05）; there was no statistical significance in adverse reactions of treatment in the study group, compared with the control group. Conclusion The application of the basic method of treatment for chronic cholestatic hepatitis plus modified Yinchenzhufu decoction could significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
