复方利多卡因乳膏在仰卧位喉罩全麻骨科内固定取出术中的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of compound lidocaine cream in the removal of laryngeal mask airway under general anesthesia in the supine position

目的探讨在喉罩全麻下行仰卧位骨科内固定取出术中应用复方利多卡因乳膏临床效果。方法选择喉罩插管全麻下仰卧位行骨科内固定取出术的100例患者作为研究对象,均为永康市第一人民医院2016年2月～2017年2月收治,随机分组,就液体石蜡油润滑麻醉准备（对照组50例）与复方利多卡因乳润滑麻醉准备（观察组50例）效果展开对比。结果相较对照组,观察组0～3级躁动率、语言指令配合满意度、喉罩拔除用时、并发症情况均呈更佳显示,2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对喉罩全麻下行骨科内固定取出术的患者,应用复方利多卡因乳膏涂抹通气罩润滑麻醉准备可对苏醒期躁动进行有效控制,提高语言指令配合满意度,缩短喉罩拔除时间,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound lidocaine cream in the supine position of the department of orthopedics under general anesthesia of laryngeal mask airway.Methods 100 cases of laryngeal mask intubation under general anesthesia for department of orthopedics supine internal fixation surgery patients as the research object,are in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into liquid,paraffin oil lubrication for anesthesia（control group,n=50） with compound lidocaine anesthesia for emulsion lubrication（observation group,n=50） contrast effect.Results Compared with the control group,the 0-3 stage agitation rate,language instruction satisfaction,laryngeal mask extraction time and complications were better in the observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The laryngeal mask anesthesia department of orthopedics fixation removal patients,application of compound lidocaine cream hood to daub lubricating anesthesia on agitation for effective control,to improve the language instruction with satisfaction,shorten the extraction time of laryngeal mask,lower complication rate.
