莫西沙星与替硝唑联合心理干预治疗盆腔炎效果分析

目的探讨莫西沙星与替硝唑联合心理干预在盆腔炎治疗中的临床效果。方法对照组盆腔炎患者给予替硝唑、莫西沙星联合治疗,研究组盆腔炎患者给予替硝唑、莫西沙星、心理干预联合治疗（替硝唑、莫西沙星给药方法及药物来源均同对照组）。记录2组盆腔炎患者治疗12 d后临床疗效。结果 2组盆腔炎患者均顺利完成相应方案治疗,研究组总有效率为95.65%,对照组为68.18%,研究组盆腔炎患者临床治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用莫西沙星、替硝唑、心理干预联合治疗盆腔炎可显著提高患者临床疗效,有利于保障其生活质量、身心健康。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of moxifloxacin combined with tinidazole and psychological intervention in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods The control group treated with moxifloxacin combined with tinidazole,pelvic inflammatory disease,the study group patients were given pelvic inflammatory tinidazole,moxifloxacin,combined with psychological intervention treatment（tinidazole and moxifloxacin administration methods and drug sources are the same as the control group）.The clinical efficacy of two groups of pelvic inflammatory disease patients treated with 12 days was recorded.Results The group of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were successfully completed corresponding treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 95.65%,the control group was 68.18%,study group patients with pelvic inflammatory disease clinical curative effect was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of moxifloxacin,tinidazole and psychological intervention in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients,and is conducive to the protection of their quality of life,physical and mental health.
