奥扎格雷钠持续微量泵入联合心理干预对脑梗死的治疗效果分析

Analysis on the effect of Oza Grey Na（continuous micro pump infusion） combined with psychological intervention on the treatment of the patients with cerebral infarction

目的分析奥扎格雷钠持续微量泵入联合心理干预对脑梗死的治疗效果。方法选取建德市第一人民医院100例（2015年2月~2016年8月收治）梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组患者进行常规治疗,试验组患者给予奥扎格雷钠（持续微量泵入）治疗,1个疗程为2 w,并进行心理干预,关注患者的心理状态,加强与患者的沟通和交流,增加患者的治疗信心和依从性,比较分析2组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组患者的治疗有效率为94.0%显著高于对照组的84.0%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。试验组与对照组患者均未出现严重并发症,2组患者并发症发生率的差异无统计学意义。结论奥扎格雷钠持续微量泵入联合心理干预治疗脑梗死的临床效果较理想。

Objective To study and analyze the curative effect of Oza Grey Na（continuous micro pump） combined with psychological intervention on the treatment of the patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction from Feb.2015 to Aug.2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group were treated with the routine treatment,patients in the experimental group were received Oza Grey Na（continuous micro pump）,2 weeks for one treatment period,and were given psychological intervention.To pay attention to the psychological status of the patients,strengthen communication and exchanges,increase confidence and compliance in treatment.The effect in the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 94 %,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.There were no severe complications in the two groups,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups.Conclusion The clinical effect of Oza Grey Na（continuous micro pump）combined with psychological intervention on the treatment of cerebral infarction is ideal,and it has clinical value.
