内外结合治疗乳腺增生临床疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of internal and external therapy treating breast hyperplasia

目的观察内服消乳散结胶囊,玄极治疗仪联合中药外敷治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法所选研究对象为自2015年5月-2016年4月来我院就诊的100例确诊为乳腺增生的患者,随机分为2组,其中观察组60例,采用消乳散结胶囊内服(用法同观察组)及玄极治疗仪联合中药外敷;对照组40例,消乳散结胶囊内服;对比2组临床疗效。结果 1.观察组治疗后疼痛缓解时间短于对照组,乳房结节面积小于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2.观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,对照组治疗总有效率为77.50%,观察组高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内服消乳散结胶囊,玄极治疗仪联合中药外敷治疗乳腺增生病,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Xiaorusanjie Jiaonang plus Xuanji therapeutic equipment and Traditional Chinese medicine external application.Methods 100 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group（60 cases） and the control group（40 cases） from May 2015 to December 2016. The control group was treated by Xiaorusanjie Jiaonang plus Xuanji therapeutic equipment with Traditional Chinese medicine external application; the observation group was given Xiaorusanjie Jiaonang. Clinical effects in two groups were compared.Results 1.The time of pain symptom remission in the observation was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The breast lump of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group. All the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.2.The carative rate of the observation group 95.00% which was higher than that in the control group of 77.50%.All the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of Xiaorusanjie Jiaonang plus Xuanji therapeutic equipment with Traditional Chinese medicine external application in the treatment of patients with breast hyperplasia is significant,and were worthy of clinical promotion.
