摘要
黑腹果蝇是蓝莓果实转色成熟期的一种主要钻蛀性害虫,为害期长且难以防治。采用常规喷雾法,比较了60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂、10%溴氰虫酰胺可分散油悬浮剂、2.5%甲氨基阿维菌素乳油和0.3%苦参碱水剂4种杀虫剂对蓝莓黑腹果蝇的防治效果。结果表明:60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂的防治效果最好,3 000倍液施药后第1天、3天和7天对黑腹果蝇幼虫的防治效果分别为100.0%、96.1%和92.6%,且均无成虫羽化;2.5%甲氨基阿维菌素乳油的防效次之,3 000倍液施药后第1天未发现幼虫,施药后第3天时对黑腹果蝇幼虫的防治效果可达92.2%;其他2种药剂的防治效果均较差。在蓝莓生产上,可以将60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂和2.5%甲氨基阿维菌素乳油作为有效防治蓝莓黑腹果蝇的理想药剂而推广应用。
Drosophila melanogaster is an important boring pest which could cause great losses to blueberry.Because of longer damage period, it is difficult to be controlled. The control effects of four insecticides including 60 g/L spinetoram SC,10% cyantraniliprole OD,2.5% emamectin benzoate EC and 0.3% matrine AS,were evaluated against D. melanogaster by convention spraying. The results indicated that 60 g/L spinetoram SC showed the best control effect. After treated with it diluted by 3 000 times,the control effect at 1 d,3 d and7 d post-treatment were 100.0%, 96.1% and 92.6% respectively, and none of the adult emerged. The control effect of 2.5% emamectin benzoate EC was the second. After treated with it diluted by 3 000 times,the control effect at 3 d post-treatment was 92.2%, and none of larva was found at 1 d post-treatment. The two other insecticides showed poor control effect. 60 g/L spinetoram SC and 2.5% emamectin benzoate EC,as outstanding insecticides,were advised to being alternately applied to control D. melanogaste of blueberry.
