耐密型玉米杂交种农单116的选育及应用

摘要 依据杂种优势利用模式和SSR分子标记聚类结果,河北农业大学以X178、478、郑58等16个优良自交系为基础材料构建了AUH-B综合群体,通过轮回选择进行配合力改良,培育出耐密自交系农系1109。2009年以农系1109为母本、昌7-2为父本组配新组合;2010年参加河北省夏播区品种异地多点鉴定;2011~2013年参加河北省夏玉米75 000株/hm^2密度组预备试验、区域试验和生产试验;2014年通过了河北省农作物品种审定委员会审定,命名为农单116。该品种粗淀粉、粗脂肪、赖氨酸含量(干基)分别为73.78%、4.26%和0.29%;高抗大斑病和矮花叶病,抗小斑病,中抗茎腐病;适宜种植密度为75 000株/hm^2。农单116具有产量高、品质优良、抗病性强、抗倒耐密,综合农艺性状优良等特点,适宜在河北省夏玉米生产区推广种植。 According heterosis utilization model and SSR markers clustering analysis results, based on sixteen good maize inbred lines such as X178,478,and Zheng58 etc.,synthetic population AUH-B was constructed,and improved by the recurrent selection,then the inbred line Nongxi1109 with high density tolerance was bred by Hebei Agricultural University. Hybrid maize variety Nongdan116 was bred by crossing between Nongxi1109(male)and Chang7-2(female) in 2009,and it was identified as summer sowing variety in different regions of Hebei in 2010. It was introduced to preliminary test with plant density of 75 000 plants/hm^2,regional test and production test in Hebei Province from 2011 to 2013,and had been approved by Hebei Crops Variety Approval Committee in 2014. The contents of crude starch,crude fat and lysine were 73.78%, 4.26% and 0.29%,re spectively. It was high resistant to northern leaf blight(NLB) and maize dwarf mosaic virus(MDMV),resis tant to southern leaf blight(SLB),and middle resistant to stem rot. The suitable plant density was 75 000 plants/hm^2.It had the characters of high yield,high quality,diseases resistance,lodging resistance and high density tolerance,which was suitable for planting in summer maize production area in Hebei.
