摘要
分析不同早熟棉品种的纤维品质差异,对制定早熟棉育种目标具有重要意义。2006~2016年河北省共审定转基因早熟棉品种16个,依据NT/T 1297—2007,对各品种的纤维品质进行了分析与评价。结果表明:河北省近几年培育的转基因早熟棉新品种多为中、短绒类型,其中,断裂比强度是影响棉花纤维品质类型的主要因素。由于断裂比强度指标的下降,造成审定品种不得不归为低一级的品质类型,从而影响了棉花品种商品棉的利用价值。在今后的育种工作中,应重视高断裂比强度种质资源材料的利用,以提升棉花纤维品质。
The analysis on fiber quality difference of different cotton varieties is of great significance for the development of early cotton breeding target. A total of 16 transgenic early cotton varieties were authorized in Hebei Province from 2006 to 2016, the fiber quality of each variety was analyzed and evaluated according to NT/T1297—2007. The results showed that the new varieties in recent years belonged to the type of medium and short cashmere. The fiber strength was the main factor affecting cotton fiber type. Because of the decrease of fiber strength,the approved varieties had to be classified as lower grade type,which affected the utilization value of cotton varieties. In the future breeding work,we should pay attention to the use of high fiber strength germplasm resources to improve the fiber quality.
