转Bt基因棉花新品种邯8266的选育及栽培技术要点

Breeding of a New Transgenic Cotton Cultivar Han8266 and Its Cultivation Techniques

邯8266是以邯4849为母本、邯5158为父本进行杂交,经过南繁北育,多代定向选择选育而成的转Bt基因棉花新品种。该品种在黄河流域春播棉区生育期122 d,属于转抗虫基因中熟常规品种;植株较高(株高103.2 cm),株型松散,茎秆茸毛多;第一果枝节位7.2节,单株结铃18.0个,单铃重6.4 g,铃大,呈卵圆形;子指11.5 g,衣分39.8%,霜前花率93.8%;后期叶功能较好,早熟不早衰,吐絮肥畅、易采收。2013年通过河北省农作物审定委员会审定,2014年通过国家农作物品种审定委员会审定。

The new cotton variety Han8266 was bred by crossing between Han4849（female parent） and Han5158（male parent） in Hainan and Hebei for several years. The growing stage of Han8266 is 122 d in spring sowing area of the Yellow River basin. The plant height is 103.2 cm,the branch is loose,the first fruit branch is at 7.2 node,the bolls per plant is 18.0, the boll weight is 6.4 g,the boll is big and oval, the seed index is 11.5 g,the lint percentage is 39.8% and the percentage of flowers before frost is 93.8%. Leave at late growth stage are good without premature senescence. It was released by Hebei Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2013,and by National Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2014.
