高龄患者主要照顾者误吸预防知信行问卷编制及信效度分析

Establishment of aspiration prevention knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire for the primary caregivers in the elderly patients and its reliability and validity testing

目的编制高龄患者主要照顾者误吸预防知信行问卷,并进行信效度检验。方法在文献查阅、专家咨询的基础上以知信行理论为框架,初步编制了误吸预防知信行问卷。采用方便抽样法选取204名高龄患者的主要照顾者进行调查以修订问卷,根据调查结果采用区分度分析、相关系数分析、Cronbach'sα系数、重测信度、内容效度、结构效度等方法对该问卷进行评价。结果本问卷共编制32个条目,包括误吸预防知识10个、误吸预防信念11个、误吸预防行为11个。总问卷内部一致性Cronbach'sα系数为0.858,各子问卷的Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.874、0.883、0.846,重测信度为0.736;问卷所有条目I-CVI均大于0.830,进行探索性因子分析,问卷公因子累计方差贡献率为69.035%。结论编制的高龄患者主要照顾者误吸预防知信行问卷具有较好的信度和效度,适合在主要照顾者中使用。

Objective To develop a knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire towards aspiration prevention for the primary caregivers in the elderly patients,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods The initial formation of the questionnaire entry pool formed based on KAP theory by using the methods of literature review and expert consultation.204 primary caregivers were selected to carry out the survey by using the convenience sampling method to revise the questionnaire.According to the results of the questionnaire,the questionnaire was evaluated by using the discriminant analysis,correlation coefficient analysis,Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient,test-retest reliability,content validity and construct validity.Results 32 items were included in this aspiration prevention questionnaire,including 10 items of knowledge,11 items of attitude and 11 items of practice.Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.858,the Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient of each sub-questionnaire was 0.874,0.883 and 0.846 respectively.And the test-retest reliability was 0.736,all items of questionnaire I-CVI were greater than 0.830.The exploratory factor analysis was conducted,and the cumulative variance contribution of the common factors is 69.035%.Conclusion The KAP questionnaire of aspiration prevention in primary caregivers of elderly patients has good reliability and validity,and it is suitable to use in primary caregivers.
